Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 据新快报2002年报道，2001年4月3日凌晨，尚金勇杀害女友。尚金勇交待，自己发现女友从事卖淫活动，多次劝阻无效。4月2日晚上，尚金勇在事发旅店内多次劝说女友，3日凌晨4时多，尚金勇一怒之下，用随身携带的一把水果刀朝女友的头部、身上乱捅，并用双手扼住其脖子，直至其不动。死者身上共有31处刀伤，脾、肝破裂，因创伤性失血休克死亡。
