Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. 2月29日，住建部、金融监管总局联合召开城市房地产融资协调机制工作视频调度会议。会议要求，3月15日前，地级及以上城市要建立房地产“白名单”，截至2月28日，全国已有约6000个房地产项目纳入“白名单”。
“融资协调机制是当前一视同仁满足不同所有制房地产企业合理融资需求、破解房地产融资难题的创新举措。”住建部相关负责人表示，按照协调机制“应建尽建”原则，3月15日前，地级及以上城市要建立融资协调机制，既要高质量完成“白名单”推送，又要高效率协调解决项目的难点问题，要严格按照标准做好项目筛选，经金融机构确认后形成第一批合格项目名单。
我注意到日本国内有观点称中国可能会重蹈日本当年“泡沫经济”的覆辙，比较流行的是“资产负债表衰退论”，认为日本“泡沫经济”破灭，房地产等资产价格下跌，导致企业、家庭资产负债表迅速恶化，大量资金用于还债，抑制了需求增长。在资产负债表修复后，又因少子老龄化、产业外迁、投资不足、劳动生产率下降等因素导致日本经济长期低迷。
