Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. “短期来看，公积金相关政策仍是各地促进刚性和改善性住房需求入市、支持购房需求释放的重要举措，在降低购房成本的这一维度下，各地或将继续结合自身公积金使用的实际情况因城施策，推行‘商转公’政策的城市有望继续扩围。”中指研究院认为，整体来看，“商转公”在降低购房成本的同时，也有利于一定程度上释放居民消费潜力。
